1 box Naturally Nora Cheerful Chocolate Cake Mix
1-1/2 cups sour cream (do not use reduced fat)
2 large eggs
 
1 box Naturally Nora Vanilla Frosting Mix
8 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp milk
 
HEAT oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil (grease foil, if using).
 
MIX the cake mix, sour cream and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until blended and smooth (batter will be thick).
 
DROP rounded heaping tablespoons of batter, 3 inches apart, onto prepared cookie sheet.
 
BAKE 13-15 minutes or until puffed and set at the centers. Transfer whoopies on parchment to cooling rack. Cool, then carefully remove from parchment or foil. Repeat with remaining batter.
 
COMBINE the frosting mix, melted butter, milk in a medium bowl until blended and smooth.
 
SPREAD about 2½ tablespoons filling on flat side of one cookie; top with a second cookie. Repeat. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
 
Makes 14-18 whoopies.
