What to Do With Holiday Leftovers

Recipe provided by Kevin Roberts

This robust creamy dip is terrific for tailgating or watching the game from the comfort of your couch. It’s a great use for all your leftover holiday turkey. If you don’t have turkey, just use chicken - a store bought rotisserie chicken works fine if you don’t have time to roast one. Serve hot with celery sticks or veggies.

Prep Time: 5 min.  Cook Time:  20 min.  Makes: 3 1/2 cups dip

Ingredients:
8 oz. pk cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups cooked turkey - shredded

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth.
2. Mix in salad dressing, cayenne pepper sauce and cheese. Stir in turkey.
3. Bake 20 min. or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
