Thai Pesto Shrimp

Ingredients:

1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves
handful macadami nuts
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil
1/4 cup VanGough blue vodka
1 1/2 tablespoons (packed) dark brown sugar
2 1/2 pounds shrimp


Directions:

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until well blended. Marinade shrimp for 15 minutes.

Grill shrimp, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and just cooked through, about 4 minutes.

Summer sunrise

Ingredients:


large splash Van gough Blue vodka
orange juice
2 dashes grenadine syrup

Directions:

Pour vodka in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice.

Stir.

Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.
