Tastykake Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
two packs butterscotch krimpets
one STALE large kaiser bun (or equivalent)
2 eggs
one yolk
one cup heavy cream
one cup half and half
pinch salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 oz scotch whiskey

Method:
cube krimpets and kaiser bun.
in large mixing bowl mix eggs, egg yolks, scotch, sugar, salt, heavy cream, half and half,cinnamon, nutmeg and whisk to combine making sure everything is mixed well.
add bread and mix together.
in a buttered baking dish, add mixture and bake at 350*F for 20-25 minutes.
serve with fresh berries and fresh whipped cream
