Steamed Striped Bass with Fresh Scallion & Ginger

Ingredients:
8 to 12 oz.       Cleaned Fresh Striped Bass
½ cup              Diced Ginger
½ cup              Diced Scallion
1 pinch            Salt        
3 Tbsp             Light Soy Sauce                                               
3 Tbsp            Hot oil                                                             

Procedure:
Add salt, ginger and scallion on the top of the fish.
Then, steam 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
After cooking the fish, add light soy sauce and hot oil. Then serve.
