Spring Cocktails

West Wing
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Hendricks Gin
2 oz Martini Bianco
4 oz Proseco

Preparation: Combine all ingredients except proseco in an iced mixing glass, shake, strain into a champagne flute, top with Proseco and lemon twist

Pomelini
- 1 oz Pom Pomegranate Juice
- 4 oz Martinellis Sparkling Apple Cider
- 1 ½ oz Ketel Citron

Preparation: Combine all ingredients except sparkling cider in an iced mixing glass, shake, strain into a champagne flute, fill with sparkling cider and garnish with Pomegranate seeds

Cub Room
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 - 4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- 1 oz Pimms Liqueur No1

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in an iced collins glass and garnish with cucumber slices

18th Hole

- 2 oz Simply Fresh Lemonade
- 2 oz Gold Peak Fresh Brewed Sweet Tea
- 1 ½ oz Tanteo Jalepeno Tequila

Preparation: Combine all ingredients carefully layering the lemonade and iced tea in an iced collins glass and garnish with lemon twists and raspberries
