Prime Rib Roast with Yorkshire Pudding

Easy Yorkshire Pudding:
Prep time: 10 mins

Ingredients:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup pan drippings from the prime rib roast of beef

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Combine the flour and salt in one bowl and in another beat together the eggs and mild until foamy.
3. Stir in the flour mix and heat the drippings in a skillet until smoking hot, pour into batter and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until dry.

Prime Rib Roast:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Have prime rib roast at room temperature ( 1 hour)
3. Coat prime rib with olive oil, black pepper, chopped garlic, and add 1 cup of wine or chicken broth to the pan.
4. Roast fat side up bones down for 20 minutes per pound for rare (25 minutes per pound for medium or 30 minutes per pound for well)
