Octopus Salad

Octopus Salad

6 oz. boiled octopus boled and sliced thin
1 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 plum tomato cubed
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 pinch chopped parsley

put octopus into bowl, all all the ingredients, mix well, serve chilled
