Maple & Whiskey Glazed Salmon

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

4 6 oz Atlantic Salmon Steaks

2 Tbsp A1 Black Peppercorn Sauce

1 T Butter for Sautéing

Directions:

1.       Add butter to a med high sauté pan

2.       Season Salmon & place flesh side down in pan & begin to sauté for 2 minutes

3.       Flip Salmon over & sauté on other side

4.       Add whiskey & maple & allpe cider & cover

5.       cook for 4 – 5 minutes over med heat

Maple Whiskey Glaze Ingredients:

2 oz Whiskey

1 oz Maple Syrup

3 oz Apple Cider

Sautéed Brussel Sprouts & Green Beans Ingredients:


1 C Brussel Sprouts cut in 1/2

1 C Green Beans snipped

½ c Walnuts

1 Small red onion, Julienne

Salt & Pepper

1 T Butter for Sautéing

 Directions:

1.       In a Med High heat sauté pan add the oil

2.       Add the Brussel Sprouts & begin to cook about 2 – 3 minutes & Agg the green beans & Red Onions

3.       Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes & season with Salt & pepper

4.       Remove & Plate

Herbed Mashed Potatoes Ingredients:

4 cups mashed potatoes

1t Chopped Marjoram

1t Chopped Chives

1t Chopped Rosemary

Directions:

Combine Mashed potatoes with chopped herbs & plate
