Lobster Pork Dumplings

Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Pork Loin
1/2 lb Lobster Meat Chopped
1/4 lb Diced Chinese Mushroom
1 cup Chopped Scallion
Seasonings:
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
white pepper, pinch
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Skin:
32 to 35 pieces Shanghai Round Dumpling Skin
Sauce:
Chili Garlic Sauce - Lee Kum Kee
Procedure:
Mix the fillings and seasonings completely. Put about 1-1/2 Tbsp. of filling mixture in the center of each skin. Seal the opening and fold the edges, alternating. Steam in steamer for 6-8 minutes.
Then pan fry in hot olive oil for less than 1 minute. Pour Chili Garlic Sauce on serving platter. Place dumplings on top of sauce to serve.
