Ingredients:
10oz seitan , drained and rinsed
2 tblsp sesame oil
1 TBlsp gochujang ( korean chile paste )
tsp of sugar
tsp tamari soy sauce
tsp rice wine vinegar
4 tortillas
garnishes:
shredded daikon ( japanese radish )
sliced jalapeno
cilantro leaves
kimchee mayo ( 1 cup vegan mayo mixed with 1/4 cup kimchee in a food processor )
Directions:
1) sear the seitan in a wok with the sesame oil
2) when browned , stir in the gochujang, tamari, vinegar and sugar
3) spread some of the mayo onto the tortillas, then lay in the glazed seitan
4) top with condiments
