Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
1 Can Lump Crab Meat
1 Egg, Whisked
1 ½ Tablespoons Mayonnaise
¾ Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Teaspoon Paprika
¾ Cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 Stalk Scallion (Green Onion), Chopped Fine
3 Slices Lime
3 Pineapple Wedges
1 Cup Vegetable Oil

Method:
Combine crab meat, egg, mayonnaise, salt, paprika and scallion in mixing bowl
Using your hand, form 6 medium-sized crab cakes
Coat crab cakes in breadcrumbs
Heat oil in frying pan at medium heat
Fry crab cakes on both sides until mildly crispy
Serve with slice of lime and pineapple wedge
