Chutney Recipe:

 

·         3 tablespoons butter

·         Diced granny smith apples 1 cup

·         Diced pears 1/2 cup

·         Diced red apples 1/2 cup

·         Diced fresh ginger 2 tablespoons

·         Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup

·         1/2 cup raisin    

·         Splash of cider or white vinegar

·         Light Brown sugar 1 cup

·         Orange juice 3/4 cup
