 Meatball Ala Consigliere

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of ground beef, veal and pork
- 1 1/2 cups of pecorino romano cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 10 cloves of minced garlic (finely)
- 1/2 cup of chopped flat parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoned bread crumb as needed to bind
 
Roll meatballs into approximately 2 oz. balls. Using nonstick skillet, heat 10% blended oil, fry meatballs until thoroughly cooked.
