Seared Swordfish with Italian Style Broccoli Rabe & Seared Mango

Ingredients:
- 2 each 7 oz fillets of Swordfish
- Salt &pepper for seasoning
- 1 Mango, Sliced
- 1 Bunch Broccoli rabe
- 1# Italian Sausage casing removed
- 1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
- 1 Clove Garlic Chopped
- 2 T Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette
- 3 T Extra Virgin Olive OIl
Directions:
Peel & Core Mango & reserve
In a Large Saute Pan Heat Olive oil & begin to cook the sausage
Add Broccoli Rabe & Italian vinaigrette
add tomatoes, cut in ½
Add garlic & season with Salt & Pepper
Cover & cook for 6 – 8 minutes
in a separate pan heat olive oil & season Swordfish
Sear on both sides for 2 minutes
Add Mango slices & begin to sear for about 1 m inute
Remove Broccoli Rabe & sausage mix
Plate in a large bowl or on plate
Top with Mango & then with Sword fish
Drizzle red pepper vinaigrette over fish & serve Family Style!
