Peg Bradford emailed NBC Philadelphia to share her story of weight loss. Peg says her body was forced into menopause after having surgery and that the symptoms had just become unbearable.
So after learning that her weight could be making her symptoms worse, Peg decided to get into shape. She picked up a free pedometer she'd just received and started walking.
