Police Suspect School Prank as Bubbles Fill Pennsylvania Fountain

Authorities suspect a high school prank is behind bubbles pouring from a western Pennsylvania fountain.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the suds started flowing in Mt. Lebanon's business district around 5 a.m. Thursday.

Mt. Lebanon police say the jokesters don't realize filling the fountain with bubbles can ruin the pump.

Public works employees could be called in for clean-up duty.
