Police investigating a reported break-in said they found a 20-year-old naked Penn State student pretending to be asleep in a bedroom.
David Darr of York has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass and related counts following the incident early Friday on the 900 block of East Cherrywine Drive in Manchester Township.
Northern York County regional police said they received a 911 call of a resident that a person was banging on her front door around 3:45 a.m. That's when another resident approached the officers to report an intruder.
Police said they searched the residence and found Darr in a bed, naked under the covers and pretending to be asleep. The 20-year-old York resident was taken into custody and booked.
