NYC Man Accused of Cyber Harassment of NJ Residents

Authorities are accusing a New York City man of making random sexual video phone calls to New Jersey residents.

Bergen County prosecutors have charged 33-year-old Marty Napoleon with stalking and cyber harassment.

Authorities say the Queens, New York, resident used a social media application to make random video phone calls and would masturbate once the call was accepted.

Authorities say Napoleon would keep calling using different email addresses after the initial call was blocked. Authorities say he used the gmail addresses "GinaFranco735" and "LauraDenapoli888."

He remains held in New York pending extradition to New Jersey.
