A marijuana mother load was uncovered during a drug stop in Berks County.
State and local police confiscated almost 100 lbs. of the illegal drug during a traffic stop involving two men along Route 222 in Muhlenberg Twp. Tuesday, police said.
J. Jesus Ramirez Duran, 35, and 29-year-old Fornando Mora-Adame were arrested for suspected trafficking.
Authorities believe the pot was on its way to Reading, Pa. from Mexico. They expect to make more arrests in the coming days.
