Investigators say Santiago appeared intoxicated and began to yell obscenities. Police took him into custody without incident and discovered he had several outstanding arrest warrants, according to investigators.

While he was at police headquarters, investigators say they found 2.5 grams of crack cocaine and 2.8 grams of marijuana hidden inside Santiago’s prosthetic leg.
