Fitness App Launches in Philadelphia Just in Time for New Year's Resolutions

San Francisco-based Fitmob launched in Philadelphia this week, offering customers through its Passport product unlimited access to a variety of local workout studios and gyms for one monthly membership fee.

Users log in to Fitmob's Web or mobile application, and for $99 per month can sign up for any fitness classes available at the local studio partners. It also works for regular gym admission.

There are about 30 studios in the area already signed onto the platform, including Mint Condition Fitness, Optimal, Anjali Power Yoga and Crossfit. Philadelphia "mob boss" Kim Wong said new gym and studio partners are likely to be added weekly.
