Need to report fraud? There’s an app for that. City Controller, Alan Butkovitz launched Philadelphia’s first fraud reporting app today.
The app called, “Philly WatchDog,” is not only Philly’s first app, it’s also the nation's first app that focuses on reporting fraudulent incidents that are directly sent to a government entity.
The app also allows you to record and upload a video of the fraud taking place. The video goes directly to the Controller’s Fraud Unit.
