Shortly after signing and introducing Dario Saric on Friday, the Sixers made a trade, dealing the rights to Chukwudiebere Maduabum to the Cavs for Sasha Kaun and cash considerations.
Kaun, 31, is a 6-foot-11, 260-pound center who played just 3.8 minutes per game in 25 contests with Cleveland last season, his first in the NBA.
Maduabum, a 6-foot-9 forward, was part of the trade that sent JaVale McGee to the Sixers in February 2015. The 25-year-old never suited up for the team.
