The 76ers are putting their ping pong balls in the hands of Joel Embiid.
Embiid, the team announced Tuesday afternoon, will represent the Sixers at this year's NBA draft lottery, held next Tuesday in New York.

The Sixers hold the fourth-highest chance of landing the No. 1 pick with 119 ping-pong balls (11.9 percent). They have a 37.8 percent chance of landing a top-3 pick.
Only the Nets, whose pick goes to the Celtics, Suns and Lakers have higher percentages than the Sixers. The Sixers will receive the Lakers' pick this year if it falls out of the top three. They also have the rights to swap picks with the Kings.
