Michael Saunders has had some thunderous at-bats against R.A. Dickey, so he gets the nod tonight in the outfield over Howie Kendrick.
Saunders, 3 for 7 with two homers and a double off Dickey, bats sixth and plays right field.
Aaron Altherr returns to the lineup after sitting Wednesday night. He plays left field and bats third.
Pete Mackanin will rotate his four outfielders based on who is swinging well and who has a favorable matchup. In this case, Saunders seemed like a better bet than Kendrick, who is 1 for 8 lifetime off Dickey.
