The Phillies home opener to the 2017 season is just moments away. We're down at the ball park to take in the sights and sounds.
You can stream the game on CSNPhilly.com, of course, but we thought we'd share a couple of things we saw during the pregame below.
The most important was the Chase Utley sighting behind the Phillies dugout during batting practice. Strangely enough, he was not on the field and appears to have gained a few pounds and aged rather rapidly.

Beer.
Don't think you'll need a Phillies koozie today as it's currently 43 degrees but could come in handy during hitting season. pic.twitter.com/BWlALFBYIk— Enrico (@The700Level) April 7, 2017
And the Phillies GM rocking a sweet 'P' pin.
