Veteran Wideout T.J. Graham Among 4 Cut by Eagles Sunday

The Eagles released four players on Sunday afternoon, including veteran receiver T.J. Graham.

Also released were undrafted rookies RB Cedric O'Neal, WR Xavier Rush and C Bruce Johnson.

With the cuts, the Eagles are down to 84 players on their 90-man roster. The team must be down to 75 players by 4 p.m. on Aug. 30. Rosters must then be down to 53 by 4 p.m. on Sept. 3.

Graham, 27, was signed this offseason and the speedster was originally thought to have a decent shot at making the final roster, but didn't do much in training camp to stand out. Graham has played 47 games (18 starts) in the NFL. He also has 61 career catches, but is now out of a job.

O'Neal, from Valdosta State, was originally ahead of Oregon's Byron Marshall on the depth chart, but once Marshall joined the team in camp after missing the spring, he's been more impressive. Rush signed with the Eagles in February after spending the 2015 season rehabbing from a knee injury he suffered at Tulane in 2014. Johnson, from Maine, probably snapped the ball to Carson Wentz more than any other center this spring and summer, but the team has plenty of other options at center.

The Eagles are back at practice on Monday morning, as they begin to prepare for the third preseason game against the Colts on Saturday night in Indianapolis.
