Sunday was Veterans Day across the United States and both the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles paid tribute as part of the #SaluteToService initiative.
Former President George W. Bush was on hand at Lincoln Financial Field in Philly for the coin flip prior to kickoff as veterans from across the country were recognized throughout the game against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Eagles even found a way to incorporate a salute into their touchdown celebration after Zach Ertz caught a touchdown pass from Carson Wentz in the third quarter to tie the game at 13 a piece.
The NFL has helped raise close to $5.5 million for the league's military non-profit partners. You can learn more about the initiatives here.
