Source: Nelson Agholor Will Not Be Charged With Sexual Assault

Updated: July 15, 6:08 p.m.

Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor will not be charged with sexual assault, a team source confirmed the news to CSNPhilly.com's Reuben Frank.

The news was first reported by the Daily News' Les Bowen.

NJ.com's Mark Eckel first reported that a decision would be made Friday by Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams.

On June 9, Agholor was accused of sexual assault after an incident with a dancer at Cheerleaders, a popular gentlemen's club. Agholor was with two teammates during that afternoon. The accuser reported the alleged incident later that evening, according to police.

Agholor was the Eagles' first-round pick (20th overall) in 2015 out of USC. The 23-year-old had a rough rookie campaign, battling injuries and finishing the season with only 23 catches for 283 yards and a touchdown in 13 games.
