Kudos to Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz for doing his best not to invoke Allen Iverson.

He even said he didn't want to put Allen Iverson in there. That said, he certainly seems to agree with A.I. on the importance of practice.

The topic came up when Schwartz was asked about Vinny Curry and whether he'd practice this week and potentially see more playing time.

"Practice doesn’t mean anything," Schwartz said. "I don’t want to get Allen Iverson in there. I mean, it’s all about how you perform on Sunday."
