Running back Brian Westbrook won’t suit up for the Eagles Sunday Night as the take on the rival Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.

No. 36 was officially listed as inactive.

The Eagles didn’t immediately confirm that B-West wouldn’t fly this week even after a Sunday morning report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter surfaced.

Westbrook experienced a headache on Friday and was re-evaluated, according to Schefter. The test were negative but team docs decided Westbrook should be held out of the game.

"We all thought it would be in the best interests of Brian and the team that he should be deactivated for tonight's game," Eagles head athletic trainer Rick Burkholder said.

Westbrook seemed ready to play after practicing earlier in the week. He even told reporters that he was "good to go" on Wednesday.

But, that optimism seemed premature as he was kept out of the Dallas game as he continued to try and knock off the cobwebs from a concussion he suffered two weeks ago against Washington.

Sunday would be the third time this season that Westbrook won’t suit up.

LeSean McCoy started again in place of B-West. Last week “Shady” did a nice job rumbling for 82 yards and a TD on 11 carries against the Giants.

Also, look for fullback Leonard Weaver to see some carries after his eight-rush, 75-yard and one-TD performance against the Giants.

Other Eagles on the inactive list Sunday included linebacker Chris Gocong, wideout Kevin Curtis, corner back Dimitri Patterson, guard Max Jean-Gilles, offensive lineman Mike McGlynn, running back P.J. Hill and defensive end Victor Abiamiri.

Rookie Moise Fokou would start in place of injured Gocong at outside linebacker and veteran Juqua Parker took the spot of Abiamiri on the defensive line.

Unlike the Birds there were no major inactive players for Dallas.
