Okay, we have until 4 p.m. to make Shane Victorino an All-Star. He earned it last night driving in the winning run against the Reds.

"Suga Shane" held the lead Thursday afternoon with a record 10.8 million votes just hours before the voting deadline, according to MLB.com.

But he still isn't home free. Victorino's one of five players vying for the All-Star Game Final Vote, which fills the final spot in the National League's lineup.

His closest competition came from San Francisco third baseman Pablo Sandoval who rode a big push from voters in his native Venezuela to take the lead over Victorino Wednesday night.

Shane Victorino celebrates after his game-winning hit Wednesday night against the Cincinnati Reds.

Arizona's Mark Reynolds, Washington's Cristian Guzman and L.A.'s Matt Kemp trailed behind the top two.

Vote early and vote often. Click here to vote as much as you’d like. Push the "Vote for Victorino" campaign on your social sites  -- Facebook, Twitter -- send everyone the link and tell them to vote as many times as they can.

Shane's dad, Mike, sent a personal plea to Philly all the way from Hawaii, via NBC10's Via Sikahema:

"I just ask that everyone continue voting. I and my family, along with Shane, will be super grateful."

Now the trick for Phillies fans is to take page from their favorite team and push Victorino to victory just like he helped the Phils do last season.
