Plainsboro native Rebecca Soni added another Olympic medal to her resume on Monday, taking home the silver in the 100-meter breaststroke final.

Soni finished second in the race with a time of 1:05.55. Lithuanian teen sensation Ruta Meilutyte finished first and took home the Gold with a time of 1:05.47.

This is Soni’s third Olympic medal. The 25-year-old won a silver medal in the 100m breaststroke and a gold medal in the 200m breaststroke during the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Soni will get the chance to add to her medal total in London. She’s set to compete in the Women’s 4x200m Freestyle Relay beginning Wednesday, Women’s 200m breaststroke beginning Wednesday and Women’s 4x100m Medley Relay beginning Friday.
