The 76ers officially signed center Primoz Brezec on Thursday.
The Sixers didn’t immediately disclose terms of the deal.
The 7-foot-1 big man played in Europe last season. He spent the season with Lottomatica Virtus Roma of the Italian League.
Brezec has played in 321 games with 214 starts in seven NBA seasons with Indiana, Charlotte, Detroit and Toronto. He has averaged 7.6 points, 4.1 rebounds and 0.4 blocks per game over his career.
He adds depth behind starting center Samuel Dalembert.
