When the Phillies won the World Series last summer, Jamie Moyer took the rubber right out of the pitching mound and hoisted it home.
And why not.
At 45, Moyer ended up in the record books as the oldest pitcher to ever win a World Series game.
That famous block of rubber ended up in Jamie's bedroom. It's on a shelf along with a bag of the very mud that was caked on the mound that night.
Why the bedroom? Moyer answers that along with a few other questions before heading out to Clearwater for spring training. Good stuff.
