NBC 10's John Clark is soaking up the sun and the swings in Florida. He will be bringing you the latest from Clearwater, Fla. as the Phillies report for Spring Training.

The Phillies still have something to prove, Jimmy Rollins said Wednesday at Spring Training.

The Phils still have to backup that they are champions, said J-Roll.

Rollins was the first to proclaim the Phils as the team to beat -- now the Mets (just like last season) are proclaiming they're the team to beat. J-Roll said that he just laughs that they keep saying that.

Cole Hamels spoke to us today about being on the cover of Sports Illustrated. He is on top of the world and he is trying to help the world as well.

Hamels and his wife are in the process of adopting orphans in Africa whose parents died of AIDS. His wife Heidi has been the driving force behind this and he is ready to dive into being a parent to someone who needs one, he told reporters.

Cole has the youthful swagger, but even at 24, he is already a humanitarian.
