Vick Active, Curtis Out for Wild Card Game

No major surprises on inactive list

Expect some wildcat formations with Michael Vick behind center as the Eagles take on the Cowboys in the Wild Card playoffs.

Vick was listed as active after missing a few weeks with a leg injury. Backup QB Kevin Kolb returned to third-string status for the game.

Kolb wasn’t alone on the inactive list. Wideout Kevin Curtis, tackle King Dunlap, safety Quintin Demps and defensive lineman Trevor Laws won’t fly for the Birds Saturday night.

Those Eagles joined guard Dallas Reynolds, cornerback Geoff Pope and tight end Martin Rucker on the inactive list.

Cowboys cornerback Cletis Gordon, defensive lineman Curtis Johnson, offensive tackle Pat McQuistan, offensive lineman Duke Preston, safety Pat Watkins, linebacker Jason Williams and guard Montrae Holland were listed as inactive while Stephen McGee earned third-QB status.

That means that linebacker DeMarcus Ware and offensive tackle Marc Colombo would suit up and start for Dallas.
