Some of the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders were kind enough to share their day after game activities with NBCPhiladelphia.com.

D'Arcy, a squad rookie, goes to class the day after a game -- she has two classes on Mondays. In between classes she'll keep up with her favorite hobby -- running

"I'm usually pretty sore and tired the day after a game," she said.

Four-year-veteran Jennifer doesn't have time to be sore after a game -- she goes to work.

"I'd love to be able to lay around or sleep but I have to me in work by 6:30 a.m. Monday morning," she said.

Priscilla, a two-year member of the Eagles Cheerleaders, also works on Mondays. She likes to keep mostly the same routine but she doesn't do any exercise.

"I like to give my body a rest so I can be geared up for rehearsal the next day," she said.

Amy, a five-year vet, is a registered nurse who works in the operating room and need to be there by 6:30 a.m. on Monday mornings. She stressed that she has to be ready for a full day of surgery at the hospital.

The Eagles Cheerleaders will be sharing even more secrets with NBCPhiladelphia.com throughout the season -- stay tuned.
