DeSean Jackson Pulled Over En Route to Charity Event

TMZ reports Jackson was pulled over for having tinted windows and on suspicion he was driving drunk.

Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was pulled over by a Pennsylvania State trooper on his way to a charity event he was hosting Saturday, according to a report by TMZ.com.

According to the report, Jackson was pulled over for having tinted windows and on suspicion he was driving drunk.

Sources told TMZ the officer made Jackson go through a field sobriety test but he wasn’t ticketed. Their sources also report the trooper was “very rough” towards the Eagles star.

NBC 10 caught up with Jackson at his charity event at Triumph Baptist Church in Hunting Park

Reporters asked about the incident, but he declined to comment.  Jackson also refused to allow the media in to cover the health fair even though we received an earlier invitation to be there.

Jackson’s foundation sponsored the event to raise awareness about Pancreatic Cancer. His father, William Jackson, died from the disease in 2009.
