Sixers Bynum in Dispute With Ex-Neighbors: TMZ

NBA star involved in dueling lawsuits, according to TMZ

He hasn't hit the hardwood yet in a Sixers uniform but there's plenty of buzz about Andrew Bynum on both coasts.

The NBA superstar and 76ers center is suing his former California neighbors, but they're fighting back, according to TMZ.

These are the details from TMZ, who call this Bynum's "War With Neighbors:"

Bynum, who spent his first seven years in the league with the Lakers, claims the couple who used to live next to his Westchester, Calif., home harassed him for years, according to TMZ.

He says they're racist, and they have a problem with his profession, TMZ reported.

The ex-neighbors, Raymond and Cindy Beckett, quickly filed a countersuit of their own where they claim Bynum has flashed a gun at them, plays loud profane music and races around in his luxury cars at dangerous speed, according to TMZ.

They also say "weed smoke" drifted into their home from his house, the website reported.

Bynum, 25, denies those accusations.
