World's Fastest Man Speeds Into Philly

Bolt to take part in upcoming Penn Relays

The world's fastest man is thundering in to the City of Brotherly Love.

Organizers of the Penn Relays announced Thursday that Usain Bolt will run when the relay carnival is held later this month at Franklin Field in University City.

Bolt will compete in the 4x100 meter relay as part of the USA vs. The World event on April 24.

Bolt won the 100 and 200 in the 2008 Olympics and was a member of the Jamaican 4x100 team that captured the gold medal and set a world record. At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, Bolt broke the world records he set in the 100 and 200 meters in Beijing.
