A Windy Start for Cliff Lee

Hold onto your hat

The Philadelphia Phillies host the Colorado Rockies this afternoon in the opener of their best-of-five division series. Game time is at 2:37 p.m. today and tomorrow and we like Billy Crystal's advice on this one -- skip work!

Cliff Lee is starting for the Phils against Colorado's Ubaldo Jimenez in Game 1 of the NL Division Series. Winds gusting up to 40 miles an hour will likely be a factor.

Phillies manager Charlie Manuel selected Lee over Cole Hamels, the 2008 NLCS and World Series MVP. Manuel hasn't said who's closing yet.

The Rockies say 16-game winner Jorge De La Rosa will miss the first-round playoff series due to an injured left groin that forced
him to leave his last outing prematurely. De La Rosa had a major league-leading 16 victories after June 1.

Hamels will oppose Aaron Cook in Game 2. Tickets for both games are still available, starting at $55!
