Pa. Justice in Porn Scandal Faces New Accusation

A second Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice is dealing with accusations he received sexually explicit material at a private email account, and is leveling new allegations against a colleague.

Justice Michael Eakin is suggesting the justice at the center of a pornographic email scandal, Seamus McCaffery, leaked the emails after allegedly warning him he "was not going down alone."

The court's chief justice reported Wednesday that McCaffery had sent or received 234 emails with sexual explicit or pornographic content.

Now the Philadelphia Daily News reports that Eakin had received two emails with pictures of topless or completely nude women, and one allegedly racist email.

Eakin says McCaffery threatened to make them public if he didn't try to get the chief justice to retract statements he made about McCaffery.

McCaffery denies threatening Eakin or ever having Eakin's personal emails or leaking them to reporters.
