Pennsylvania Attorney General, Kane, Recovering After Crash

State Attorney General Kathleen Kane and two agents with her office are recovering, 10 days after police say the driver of her state vehicle struck a parked car in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Kane's office released a copy of the Dunmore Police report Friday about the crash that occurred Oct. 21.

Kane spokesman Renee Martin says Kane suffered a concussion and has been working from home as she heals.

The incident report says the driver told police he took his eyes off the road to pick up his iPad, which had fallen to the floor, when his Chevy Tahoe struck the parked car. The driver, Kane and a third occupant sought hospital treatment.

Martin says Kane wasn't wearing a seat belt, and she plans to correct a police report indicating that she was.
