Kenney Declares Commitment to Parks, Rec Centers, Libraries

One way Democratic mayoral candidate Jim Kenney says he will make Philadelphia known for more than its cheesesteaks is investment in the restoration and maintenance of the city's parks, recreation centers and libraries.

Kenney suggested "high class and maintained facilities" will take care of the needs of many long-term residents, while also help to attract others to move to the city.
