    Authorities say the man accused of stabbing more than a dozen people at a Houston-area college randomly attacked his victims with a razor utility knife.

    Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia said Wednesday that 20-year-old Dylan Quick has been cooperative with investigators. He says Quick told authorities he had fantasized about stabbing people since he was 8 years old.

    Quick is charged with three counts of aggravated assault in the Tuesday attack at Lone Star Community College in Cypress.

    More than a dozen people were wounded in an attack Tuesday on the Lone Star Community College System's campus in Cypress. Authorities are questioning a 20-year-old man who was enrolled in the school.

    At least 14 people were wounded; all are expected to survive.

    Garcia says Quick indicated he had been planning the attack for some time. Garcia gave no other details about the reasons for the attack, saying an investigation is ongoing.

    Neighbors told The Associated Press that Quick, who is deaf, would take out the trash and garden with his parents.

    He was shy, but would say hello and came from a friendly family, they said.

    Students described a bloody scene during Tuesday’s attack. Melody Vinton told KHOU-TV the attacker ran past her while stabbing multiple people, aiming for the neck or face.
