Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton to Meet Tuesday

Sanders has not said if he will support Clinton

Senator Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton will meet on Tuesday to discuss her campaign but there is no indication that Sanders will be suspending his own presidential campaign, NBC News reported.

In an interview with Chuck Todd on 'Meet the Press,' Sanders said his primary goal remains doing everything that he can to "make sure that [Trump] is not elected president of the United States."

But Sanders wasn't quite ready to throw his full support behind Clinton. "I simply want to get a sense of what kind of platform she will be supporting, whether she will be vigorous in standing up for working families in the middle class, moving aggressively in climate change, healthcare for all, making public colleges and universities tuition-free," he said.
