Authorities said two Troy University students have been arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a young woman on a Florida beach during spring break while hundreds of bystanders apparently did nothing to intervene, NBC News reported. Delonte' Martistee, 22, and Ryan Austin Calhoun, 23, both students at Troy in Alabama, were arrested Friday and charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, the Bay County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. Authorities arrested the two after police in Troy, Alabama, uncovered video of the sexual assault in mid-March in Panama City Beach. Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen said the video was "probably one of the most disgusting, repulsive, sickening things that I have seen this year on Panama City Beach, and I have seen a lot of them," NBC affiliate WJHG reported.
