A heavily tattooed German man with more than 450 piercings said Sunday that he was refused entry into Dubai, where he was supposed to make an appearance at a nightclub, The Associated Press reported. Rolf Buchholz, 55, was headed to the Gulf's most liberal city to appear at a circus-themed venue that features sword swallowers and burlesque dancers. He said airport workers thought he may be a practitioner of black magic, although authorities did not say so directly. Buchholz holds the Guinness World Record for most piercings.
